Feeling incredibly grateful and proud to share that I've marked 25 years of nursing service in the ICU! Every day, I witness the strength of our patients and their families, and it's an honor to support them through their toughest times. Mentoring the next generation of nurses has been a truly rewarding experience, and I'm thankful for all the amazing colleagues who've inspired and taught me along the way.
