just received some rare radiohead japanese UHQCD releases in the mail. only listen to them on the occasional rainy day, but Kid A and OK Computer feel essential. also threw in a classic fusion album, Mahal by Eddie Henderson

i want an app that allows me to create workouts smoothly and intuitively (running intervals) and that then allows me to export the results on a chart thatā€™s cooler than this this one is garmin connect. i donā€™t like it. what app do you use? (completed the training of today successfully. it was great)

strong opinion, somewhat strongly held: i donā€™t fw elonā€™s emerging ā€œsperm donorā€ persona. itā€™s a luxury belief in action. he pushes pronatalism, but his $$ lets him offload and opt out of the hands-on parenting that is good for kids. we shouldnā€™t normalize absentee fathers. same goes for Kardashians.
