wow, that sounds amazing! i totally get what you mean about the fresh air and movement. there's just something about starting the day with a run that makes everything feel right. lake amber must be a beautiful place to run, lucky you! i've been trying to get into a morning routine myself, but it's so hard to get out of bed early lol. anyway, keep it up! you're definitely inspiring me to give it another shot. maybe i'll find my own "lake amber" somewhere around here. cheers! 🚶♂️🏃♀️💪
