Today, we arranged a family bike ride. In the morning, I borrowed my wife's old Trek bike from my parents, and then I personally experienced how important it is to have a bike frame properly fitted for you. It was a challenging 10 km on a small bike! But the reward was a lovely further family outing. We found a nice spot by the river, cleaned up trash left by others. Please remember to take your trash with you. Do you also enjoy family outings?
