Bought a gigantic sirloin at Publix for $14. Smoked it at 225F until center was about 113F, pulled it and heated the Recteq to 500F, and then seared it for 3 minutes on each side. Smoked a couple pork tenderloins along with it. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts.
