Came to our attention that the WAGMI fairlaunch protocol we launched $BERRY on does not have a lock on their LP….

In theory they could rug us at anytime 

Although I don’t think they will, I feel like it’s only fair that everyone involved knows the risks

We are working on getting this resolved, but in the meantime it’s only right that we be transparent

Not really sure what part of this is a “fair launch” @wagmi1337.eth fix this shit now

Not sure how the multisig is controlled.. they write by dao.. with majority control of wamgi. (Whoever that is?) and 9mill to propose.. (not sure how that works)

The multisig is only 2/3 and the “dao” has a total of 4 members and is private which isn’t how daos work. And you can view the “dao” when you try to join it and there are zero proposals or anything on it

Exactly! A real «dao» still doesn’t exist. So dao gives me no comfort!

And of course someone has the keys.. private multisig.. 

So yeah, they have some fixing to do, or just rug it right away.
