I push people away because I don't know how to connect with them. I'm more sad and alone than you might imagine.

I think I'm the one who ends up hurting people. I overthink everything and get trapped in my own world full of pain and suffering. This ends up affecting others.

If you are hurting people purposely idk about that part but if people are getting hurt by just you being you then f em!!! Its their problem. You def need a different circle of friends then🫶🏼
