Ripple's Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty suggests that the potential next SEC chair, once confirmed, may dismiss civil lawsuits against crypto firms not involving fraud. He remains cautiously optimistic that under a new chair, the case against Ripple could be voluntarily withdrawn by 2025.
