Has anyone experimented with creating a personal AI avatar? 

For example, from https://app.heygen.com/ ? 

I'm beginning to experiment. Curious to get others' take and any tips.

I haven't used heygen for awhile but I just did this last week with runwayml.

I didn't use my image but used flux for image generation, notebookLM for text->audio, and uploaded both to runwayml for lip synced video. 

Was able to do it all in under 5 minutes and the result was decent... probably 50% of people would not know AI generated
