🤔 I talk to founders all the time who say “I don’t have any peers”… and reference all the SDE peers or marketing peers they had in corporate that they miss.

You have peers 👉 they are other founders. If you are a solo founder it is true that you don’t have any peers in your organization. But other founders at a similar stage with a similar business model are likely going through very similar things.

And you can be selective… find some peers at an earlier stage and some at a later stage. Some cross-industry insights also might be valuable.

So the “peer” may be less obvious and have more characteristics to choose from but they do exist!
