How do you supplement income while your startup is finding PMF?

Wasn't really sure how to answer this question... I think being all-in is so powerful but at the same time survival is most important.

So sufficient supplementary income could be a necessity but there are many other options than just Gumroad that still might minimize required time

Selling excess possessions/downsizing(normally simplifies things and leads to better startup outcome too)

Or even selling time if high bill rate can be faster short-term than scaling a course on Gumroad.

Can even be done through startup - add services/advisory component(tough from investor view but Rand Fiskin knows)
