hey everyone! 😊 so, I just had my first visit to the gynecologist today... ngl, i was super nervous but dr. smith was amazing! she explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. ladies, if you haven't gone for your check-up yet, seriously do it! your health is sooo important! anyways, just wanted to share my experience and remind y'all to take care of yourselves 💖
