Added a tool to https://recover.fcstr.xyz that makes it to transfer your Farcaster account (FID) to a fresh wallet

The app also lets you update your onchain recovery address to a wallet of your choice instead of Warpcast's default address. Open to feedback!

If you somehow leaked the seed phrase that Warpcast generated for you during onboaring, this makes it easy to "rotate your keys" and start fresh
