One of the points of blockchain was privacy. Stablecoins don’t have that privacy. For a vast majority of supposed utility tokens you might as well use stablecoins. But some projects with nano transactions require a decimal sensitivity that stablecoins can’t provide. The other points of blockchain are decentralization and running smart contracts. But then again it’s something you could do with a stablecoins. There isn’t, as of yet, another killer use of blockchain. As of yet.
