Great panel about US regulatory forecasts at Tokenize.NYC. Some of the points made: * The main achievement so far for projects and builders is low enforcement risk * The “bad rules” are still in place; do not adopt a “free for all” approach in this interim period * Current admin reversed a lot of “debt” from the past few years - but path forward still unknown * Projects should be even more cautious - regulatory landscape still largely unpredictable * Actions by individual US states remain a “wild card” * Everyone can’t wait for US Stablecoin bill!

Would’ve loved to be there! I’d add that it’s not just states that are a wildcard on the litigation landscape — we still have private plaintiffs as well, and there’s some not-ideal case law out there now for both states and private litigants to leverage.

How do you reconcile # 1 and 4 there? People should expect low enforcement? But still be extra cautious? What does that look like in practice?
