I did. It was ok but didn't give me the feeling i had when i played the og. But hesitant about rebirth. Even didnt watch any youtube playthrough. If it's ok tell us and i will give it a shot before black myth wukong release

I enjoyed Remake, but agree: it wasn't the final fantasy I wanted.

Rebirth is much closer to the remake I imagined growing up.

It's very much worth a play through, imo. But I like having my new fun memories and my old ones; they don't compete.
