Came across this and i feel most of us might actually be doing this, so decided to share. Sitting on a bulky wallet can make the spine become misaligned due to uneven support surface which can lead to discomfort, poor posture, or back pain. And if this is continued over a long period of time you may inadvertently place strain on your lower back, leading to possible health concerns such as sciatica, nerve pain, or muscular imbalances….. This is a reminder to always remove wallet before sitting or you could opt for magsafe wallet, if compatible with your device do check out /physicaltherapy for health promotion tips 🫶🏽
