why can i upload a full 30+ sec mp4 video with sound that's completely HD rendered (27mb) perfectly fine but a simple gif that is a fraction of the file size is "too large of a file" (4.2mb)?

seems like many of the "upgrades" are effecting artists the most, in a negative way.

I get this all the time to mate, have to upload gif from my laptop but will let me upload MP4 no problem
