My interview process has finally come to a close. The reality of the last few months: - Ghosted after final rounds with major web3 teams (still no word, a month later) - Had an offer pulled a week before start date - Told I wasn't "crypto bro-y" enough to meet the CTO, despite my recruiting skills - Was asked about my politics (2x in the same interview), and if I would bring them into the office bc I worked at Twitter - Had a CEO make me walk him through my day hour by hour, looking to maximize it for time for me to work. Some other things that happened: - Countless ppl in web3 helped connect me with opportunities in their network - Countless former coworkers, candidates, hiring managers gave me votes of confidence in my DM's when I needed them - I invested in myself; creating a recruiting newsletter, dug deep in learning defi protocols, learned new sourcing skills - Found a new found confidence through it all Pressure forms diamonds bb. Excited for what's next. 💎
