been listening about fight or flight on stress response, and how it kind of originates from our 'neglected' childhood. to cut story short i tend to have fight stress response, dealing with life instead of flight.

and when i see it from my other siblings, there are 3 of us and i'm the middle child. My oldest brother would have a similar fight response although not 'directly', but it is mostly through work. My youngest would do more on the flight response.

I also kind of notice this with my kids, isn't that interesting.

Made me realize of how somehow the fork of life we choose it is kind of deterministic, i can't choose it any other way ... life is beautiful and strange
