Ha ha: I got mad which is not good.
I managed to change or tolerate over time, which is good and bad. Good: I could tolerate them and other people, bad: I lost a sense of myself.

I do individual or alone thing more intentionally, and say to myself that I needed this in order to become sane and making more impact.
