Friendly reminder: Running an Ethereum full node + validators is relatively easy and very low hardware cost (<$500 USD). I'm running a full node and many validators on a low-powered Rock 5 Model B device (pictured is Mercadian Systems' Proteus variant).

To front-run the people who will say you need 32 ETH to run a validator: - You don't need any ETH to run a full node - You only need 32 ETH if you want to run a completely solo validator - You can run Rocket Pool's software on the device pictured and you only need 8 ETH + some RPL to stake in that case

There are also plenty of other solutions coming out that will allow people to solo stake with very little ETH (some as low as 2 ETH requirement) + DVT will allow for 'Squad staking' which in theory means the requirement could be as low as you want.
