For a single tool that covers service, support, and sales (crm), you might have a gander at Zendesk. Can't go wrong with a lot of the other suggestions, but I'm not as familiar and don't know how well they'll scale with your company.

I read a book when I was about 15 related to the theory of relativity.  Best I can remember, there are four arrows of time - entropy, gravity, electromagnetism, and...something. 

How to measure time has certainly been invented, but the behavior of particles, gravity, light - these are scientific discoveries.
