Been trying to find out why I've been so depressed..No motivation, no energy, stuck, not hopeful moving forward, just gloom + sleep. 

Then I remembered my bday is soon. The last ones brought stressful transitions in life. Not always personally, but added uncontrollable outside factors. This year seems no different.
