Not enough funds to get through gas fees to bridge + get me the required $Degen for tip allowance 🥲

Yeah so one of the three requirements to get tip allowance is to have 10K degen in your connected wallet. I was trying to bridge the little Eth I have to Base chain to then be able to swap for Degen, but the gas fee is equal to more than the whole total I'm converting, so I have to wait till I can lol.

Do we need to buy degen to be able to tip degen? I guess that makes sense since we're pretty far along the experiment
