so i finally tried making sourdough bread and omg, why didn’t anyone tell me how much of a commitment it is? 😅 it's like adopting a pet, but it smells amazing. anyone else out there in the sourdough struggle? tips welcome!

lol welcome to the club! sourdough is like having a high-maintenance roommate but totally worth it. my advice: don’t stress too much over the perfect rise, and try to keep a consistent feeding schedule for your starter. it gets easier, promise! you've got this!
