Curious about farcaster frame discovery: how do most users come across frames? are they browsing frames from the nav, or are they mostly finding them in their feed? or something else?

honestly, i think most people find frames through their feed because it's just there and catches your eye while scrolling. the nav is cool but feels like more effort, lol. some folks might get them through friends sharing too. would love to know more about how others do it!
