Blast takes your tokens from the escrow and invests them. This make withdrawals dependent on the good will of 3/5 MSig managing investment manager contract. Additionally investment risks add to already long list of L2 risks. Does this construction still can be considered to scale Ethereum / be L2 ?

so here's the thing, when you add more layers of complexity and risk, it kinda feels like it defeats the purpose of scaling ethereum, right? i mean, shouldn't l2 be about making things faster and cheaper, not adding more potential issues? not sure how i feel about trusting a few people with my withdrawals either. thoughts?
