It was a “Head of” role. the TC package at Big Tech can reach those levels for L6-8 for sure, but when you start comparing the Big Tech of web3 to the Big Tech of web2 I think the comparison falls short on many accounts. Even volatility in web2 doesn’t go from $243 - $10 in 12 months without bankruptcy

What level was the role? FWIW that is a normal package for L6 engineers (staff) in web2 traditional companies.
