I bought 250 milliliters of light cream on my way home from work. It cost 22 yuan. I got 4 mangoes of medium size for 3 yuan. I also used some chocolate that I already had at home, chopped it up and mixed it with the diced mangoes. You can choose not to add the chocolate if you like.
First, put the container for whipping the cream and all the other ingredients into the refrigerator to chill. It's better to chill the mangoes as well before dicing them and setting them aside for later use. When the container feels icy to the touch, take it out and whip the cream. Then, layer the cake base, a layer of cream, a layer of diced mangoes, and another layer of cream, and keep repeating this process. I didn't have a knife for spreading cream, so I used a spoon π₯ to spread it.
