Love this so much. I have several unpublished drafts in my Paragraph folders that take a similar stance against the "creator economy" and the catch-22 you describe. (Maybe one day I'll have time to edit them!)

Finally returned to this insightful piece after savoring it a few more times. I like it even more with each re-read.

I've clipped many quotes from it, in part because I've gone through a similar process and you articulated it so well.

This piece deserves a lot more appreciation than it got in this short-lived thread.

I, too, have many notes along this line of thinking sitting in various stages of completion.
