i tend to work like this as well, but weeks instead of months. it is really tough! i get very obsessive with whatever i’m doing

and there is a long history of artists working with cofounders! generally it’s a wife who takes care of everything from feeding the artist to all the admin work and arranging gallery shows

I've often said that the one thing that would make the biggest difference in my creative output is just having a responsible adult (or two, or three) nearby with whom I could share the load of basic life maintenance duties. 

Doesn't even have to be a wife... haha.

I love errand friends! But I don't have many of them. Up until just a few months ago, my friend @popegrutch took me on a grocery shopping stock-up trip every month, but then he moved out of town, so those outings came to an end. 

I have one other friend in Portland that I sometimes do errands with. What I'd like most, though, is meal-sharing. Cooking for one (plus shopping, cleaning, and meal planning) gets awfully tiresome.

Have you ever just had a friend over to do chores with you? Or go run errands?
