Yesterday, my wife and I put in an offer for a little piece of land in rural Australia where we're planning to build a smol, sustainable farm / ecovillage... and the seller accepted our offer today! 🥳

Congrats! That's great news and I hope the closing goes smoothly. I once made a similar land purchase but the ecovillage thing didn't work out, so I look forward to living vicariously through you... lol.
