Pro tip for employers: if you hope to hire a writer/editor, it's a good idea to get your job descriptions edited *before* you publish them.

Definitely 2. But I'd also be curious to find out how errors like this made it into their job description in the first place.

As an editor, do you see this as:

1. “Wow, it’s worse than I thought, I’m not sure I could work there”

2. “Wow, they really need someone like me!”

😂 Although I guess hence they’re needing an editor.
