Decentralizing channels update

1. Phase 1 goes live Thursday morning Pacific time (May 23).

2. All channels will start in unmoderated / Priority mode.

3. Will be easy to add a moderator on mobile and web.

@trishd will be moderator of /slowcore-hq, with /automod to control spam.

This opens a big economic/social design space. We're excited to experiment with possibilities for a slowcore business model (!) to support our channel.

Remote worker, dog mom, GenX, cohost of /slowcore-hq, rekindling interest in writing and visual art. Non-dev web3 enthusiast albeit cautiously optimistic.
