Good questions! Lots of ways to think about the distinction between art and content, but my basic answer is: no, not all art is content, and not all content is art. I usually think of art as creative work that is emergent and driven by the deep mind, unconscious, muses, etc. I think of content as creative work intended for the "creator economy": branding, building an audience, etc. I also like this take from Thomas Bevan... "Content is a transaction presented as utilitarian exchange, art is an emanation of the spirit presented as a gift." ...and this one from @gilles: it's content when you make it for others; pleasing external expectations to grab attention quickly it's art when you make it for yourself; channelling internal rhythms to express your self deeply content is having to say something art is having something to say https://warpcast.com/gilles/0x51ad0bb4
