Hey @blockbot, I didn't need to know this and would've preferred not to see it show up in my mentions. Some things are better left unsaid. Gonna mute this bot now and cast to /dont-do-this as a warning, so others will know they can pre-emptively mute too.

Yes. In some cases it might increase the risk for the person who's doing the blocking. At the very least, casters should be able to opt-out of receiving these notifs in their mentions.

Thanks for the feedback. Will add that. Blocks are intended to be public (similar to other social platforms). However, I get what you mean and I'll add a way to unsubscribe from notifications

Thank you. I appreciate the response. It's one thing for blocks to be public, and another thing entirely for block notifs to show up in people's mentions unsolicited without any forewarning.
