This guy @danib88 put a candidate prop to make an nounish Carnival in Barranquila, Colombia, considered to be a human heritage, and even without sponsor to go for a REAL PROP he went and did it anyway, for the culture. Happy to see it friend! People like that we need to incentivate, they are the real nounish people.
