This is a mousse cake shaped like Hallabong, a type of tangerine. When I cut open the cake, it was full of mousse, and in the middle, there was jam full of Hallabong flavor, so if you eat this part and the mousse part together, you can feel the freshness of Hallabong and the softness of mousse at the same time. It was not as sweet as I thought, so it was even more delicious😆
