Cult leader is on my bucket list. Trying to do just that at Alliance. Balaji says you need a moral innovation, and ours is that founders should take time out of their busy company schedule to help each other out. The net gains are greater than the sum of the labour.

it's just a feedback loop of trust you have an interaction, if it's positive, trust grows the random bit (Rn) is to demonstrate that it doesn't grow (or fall) linearly, but in bursts.
