Roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and just more peppers, mostly just peppers. It may only be peppers. I think it might burn.

"it may only be peppers" is very much on the right track! There are a few more ingredients. Some of which you might even use to season tacos. Despite it being proposed, there is definitely no peppermint extract in there.
