Gateway was used in a CIA project called the Gateway experiment its honestly some next level psychic mind bending shit lol look up the Monroe institute they have series of tapes you can buy. The documents they released are amazing, especially the part about "patterning"

there's a lot of visualization exercises but they also incorporate some of their hemisync tech (sounds that enable you to get into a trance a lot easier imo) I go reallllly deep

Learned about this Orch-OR theory of consciousness. To experiment a bit, I got Claude to quickly make me a binaural beat wave frequency generator/swepeer/noter. For sweeping through brain frequencies and noting the interesting ones. http://danfinlay.com/binaural/

I just did the 30 min orientation. I can confirm it made very deep relaxation easy, and I left with a lasting very bright serene focus. I also tried dipping into a jhana while I was in the "synchronized" phase of the tape. Was very easy to hop to a state I'd been visiting, not sure which but resembles between 3 and 6.

Oh damn i was gonna blow the 500$ on the whole series thank you!! Theres a few levels more advanced im looking forward to where you can develop more telepathic skills its wild haha
