If 3074 were "enshrining EOAs", then what do we call the current path of having no way for EOAs to upgrade to contract accounts? How about "calcifying EOAs"? Like arterial plaque, the EOAs will be here forever now.

3074 + 5003 provided a path off EOAs. Seems we've chosen the 4337 path. What's the 4337 version of 5003?
