Guile Hoot 0.5.0 is probably the most performant, meterable, safest to write language to ever become trivially executable in the browser. It deserves to spark a modularity renaissance. It is a strong answer to "how to give an AI agent limited permissions that are also dynamic?" People have no idea. https://spritely.institute/news/guile-hoot-v050-released.html

That all said, the dx is still going to terrorize a tradmac dev today. I'm setting up a debian vm with guix on parallels to use it in its more native environment. This should be a short lived awkward phase as more of the execution environment becomes web-native (the macro expander). Good enough for motivated play.

Just over 1MB currently, but as it stabilizes & caches on CDN, that can be shared across any apps that need it. 1MB for a secure confinement system. No hypervisor. No ISOs.
