If I were experiencing cognitive decline right now, I’d at least experiment with ultrasound therapy to the brain. Here’s the protocol of a current study trying to reproduce the findings of a buried UofAZ study (Hammeroff) that claimed to reverse alzheimers.

That study is using the US Pro 2000 2nd Edition Portable Ultrasound Therapy Device, available on tenspros.com

If it works, that’s $150 to repeatably reverse cognitive decline. Easy to imagine why ineffectual pharmaceutical companies might bury the finding.

If this works, it doesn’t PROVE orch-or, but it strongly suggests that microtubules are important to consciousness and mental health, which starts to dismantle the dominant neuon-centric model of the mind.￼

You may have seen my friend Sterling promoting this on twitter, as the underlying theory is basically testing the Orch-OR theory of consciousness. He makes some bold claims, but I don’t think he’d do so lightly. Given how safe this is to try, seems like a no brainer to me.

This isn't intended to revive necrotic tissue. Another observed correlate of alz is microtubule depolymerization, and ~10mhz can repolymerize them. IF Orch-OR is right, and microtubules (and quantum effects within them) are critical for consciousness, then repolymerizing them would restore some function. That's the theory, and the test. The 40hz vs 10mhz difference is basically: Is this a neural theory or a microtubule theory? Obviously neuronal is the dominant model right now, but I must say it sounds a little slow for consciousness to me (I'm not an expert on the brain, just an experiencing person).

I’m definitely weary of claims about reversing Alzheimer’s. Once brain matter is dead, there’s no bringing it back. There are things that seem to show neuro protection such as light and sound stimulation at 40 Hz, which yes, my company is involved with.
