Oura ring early adopter here. Battery died recently. Guess what? My sleep is f-ing off the charts better since then. How do I know? Because when I wake up at 4:30AM I actually go back to sleep because I'm not worried about looking at another 5 hour sleep on my display. Feels retro in the best of ways. Not going back.
