the helium community has come such a long way. In what ways do you feel the community has become: 1) stronger, and 2) weaker - however you define those two words - over the past ~18 months?

who do you view as the biggest “competitor” to helium mobile right now? Verizon/AT&T? Charter/Comcast? Really/Xnet?

DePIN is an inevitable global movement.

The biggest competitor isn't any of those but rather "ourselves". Specifically, our ability to create a compelling product offering that's truly differentiated. 

e.g., The only reason my mom signed up for Helium Mobile is because I took her phone and did it for her.

Community Weaker: Discord is a painful way to be introduced to Helium. There just isn't a great way to keep up. It was awesome when it was < 1000 people. We need to elevate our education and communication game as a network.

Community Stronger: The breadth of people who care about Helium, Helium IOT, Helium MOBILE and the products built on top of these networks have definitely increased. And I think we've inspired several founders and teams to build new DePINs.
