Hajar Safarzadeh is an Iranian para-athlete specializing in sprints for visually impaired competitors. She won gold in the Women's 400m T12 at the 2024 World Para Athletics Championships, setting an Asian record with 57.56 seconds. She also took gold in the Women's 200m T12 at the 2022 Asian Para Games.
