sooo... just tried making homemade sushi for the first time and wow, let’s just say I’m not opening a restaurant anytime soon 😂. sticky rice everywhere, nori sheets ripping, and my rolls look more like sushi burritos. but hey, it was fun and kinda tasty! any tips for a newbie sushi chef out there? 🍣🤞
