As we double down on community ownership and onchain GDP, Phil brings with him extensive experience to accelerate the Megaphone mission. At @0xproject, he built and led the development of key DeFi primitives and APIs, and at Uber, he worked on critical payments technology.

Phil brings boundless passion to every problem he tackles. He has an incredible ability to grok the heart of crypto use cases quickly and assemble world-class teams to build technology in service of quality user growth.
